“Wow. This was just great. I have been looking forward to this podcast and I was not disappointed. It was wonderful to me how the conversation started about the baklava business, and really never left that discussion, while taking a deep dive into the Marianas Trench to discover what was really going on. Business isn’t just about numbers and KPIs; business is relationships at all levels from B2C, B2B, and even intra-relational within the business itself.
