Iain can do better
Firstly, I must say I've been a HUGE fan of Iain's radio career over the past few years, especially in his last job at LBC in London. As with the current show, he used to give insane callers short shrift, but it felt more light hearted/tongue in cheek and he had a great relationship with regular callers. Iain comes across as rude in his current show, with the same 7 or 8 callers getting on air constantly (none of which are as bizarre/funny as the callers to LBC, perhaps excluding Rob Burnett). Even at LBC when people felt the show was too exclusive, he had many more regulars which afforded the show greater variety. His LBC show was beautifully anarchic, and I'm guessing it's harder to achieve the same level of quality with only a single night on the air per week compared to 5. I still think Iain's great and now a radio legend due to his past work, but I've tried to enjoy the Absolute show for a year now and just can't manage it. I will persevere though!

It really is a treat. Should be back on the telly with the wealth of comedy he has in him. For an older comedian he is amazing and can keep up with the young ones. Cheers Ian for a great show. R. Reynolds.

This is not 'possibly' the radio host in the history of ever... but THE best radio host ever. The only problem with Iain Lees shows is when he has to play the music. Damn he's good!
