Don't believe the naysayers
Updated review: 19/10/2011 Iain Lee is no longer on Absolute Radio. Content is still 5/5 but the fact they've got rid of him 1/5. First things first. The Kuricorder Quartet tune is a cover of The Beatles I've just seen a face - called Yume No Hito in Japanese. Alan Read - can we really trust the opinion of anyone who refers to himself in the third person? Iain Lee is an extremely talented and funny comedian who deserves a much bigger platform than that afforded to him on the late show. However, it does give him the leeway to get away with more than he could during the day - banjo anyone? The long and short of it is some of the shows will be fantastic, some will be crap - the only constants being Iain and Eloise. The quality of the callers is the only thing that determines if you think it's good or not - a night of mostly bad calls equal a lame show regardless of who is at the reins. I've never listened to the show live as the music and ads annoy me - I'm a Podcast Person. My advice to those who don't like a particular episode - try the next one. Or better still, phone 03301231215 and prove your mettle.

I listen to this podcast in the gym, and so end up looking like an idiot because I'm laughing out loud while running or lifting weights. However, it's worth the funny looks. Genius podcast.
