Useful for a 4th year medical student during internal medicine sub-I
Many thanks to Dr. Guy for this extraordinarily helpful podcast. Just listened to the one on central line complications after watching one being done today. It answered a lot of questions I had about the procedure. As a student, it is so helpful to have an expert like Dr. Guy help with interpreting and synthesizing the evidence for and against the things we see our attendings do on our rotations. One podcast idea that would help me would be a brief overview of all of the different types of lines, the indications and complications for each, and who is usually responsible for placing them. Thanks...

Thanks a million. I"m a surgical resident headed to the ICU next month. There is no amount of reading I could have done to prepare me the way these podcasts have. What a nice clinical companion.Read full review »
