Okay start
I like both hosts from their other podcasts, but Peter’s knowledge of law seemed to be wasted in this one. Maybe reframe to something more at the intersection of law and journalism. Also the premise of making fun of books seems a little mean spirited (not quite punching down, but not nearly as sympathetic as making fun of the Supreme Court or unpacking the OJ trial). It will be important to pick the targets carefully. I’m looking forward to seeing how this podcast unfolds.

Absolutely loved the debut episode! So interesting, Michael Hobbes is engaging and awesome as usual, and Peter is an excellent host as well.

Just listened to the first episode. What a joyful romp through a bad book. Thank you! Can’t wait for more.
