Okay start
I like both hosts from their other podcasts, but Peter’s knowledge of law seemed to be wasted in this one. Maybe reframe to something more at the intersection of law and journalism. Also the premise of making fun of books seems a little mean spirited (not quite punching down, but not nearly as sympathetic as making fun of the Supreme Court or unpacking the OJ trial). It will be important to pick the targets carefully. I’m looking forward to seeing how this podcast unfolds.

Had high hopes, but the structuring of the argument left a lot to be desired. The dismantling of the book’s claims was also clumsy at times.
