“Gabourey is a gem. This story however is not. It was all over the place and made me feel like I missed something. The whole white woman/black women descriptions used repeatedly was too much. We get it. It’s a bummer it was so heavily relied upon versus the use of more creativity in character description/development. The story itself started off good enough but lost all momentum pretty quickly. I listened to the entire thing hoping it would go somewhere. Sadly it did not.”
