“This is a very interesting and informative podcast. I have worked in the wine business in NY for many years I find Levi to be spot on.
As for some constuctive feedback I would agree with Beekman you tend to suffer from a bit of Charlie Rose syndrome. You should allow your guest to tell the stories. This has gotten better as you have moved away guest that are more familiar to you but you still tend to interupt to tell you story.
Also on a techical note - who is watching the levels on your recording. I encourage you to listen to the Peter Weygandt interview - at times he is inaudible. In the Thomas Pastuszak interview you were the iinaudible one.”
