As opposed to meditation, I am more supportive of contemplating the moment in a very direct way, snapping to a meditative reality by watching thought and then letting go.
A simple practice, which when engaged in conscious attention can lead to breaking past thought patterns that lead to anxiety, stress and existential angst.
