“First let me congratulate the creator on putting this vision into action! That’s a wonderful accomplishment and a good example to everyone of dreaming BIG and making your dream a reality. I’ve listened for a few months and want to offer feedback in hopes it’s received as the gift all feedback is.
The content is interesting and sparks great discussion. Where I’m challenged is Melyssa has a tendency to focus a lot on her personal experience to the point that the content can’t fully be explored. We all have things to unpack and while she’s quite introspective, Melyssa could benefit from practicing a bit more mindfulness about making space for others to share. This can
be done by being more inquisitive of others comments and watching how it expands the conversation. The enthusiasm is obvious...just a little tweaking.
I plan to listen more in a month or so as the podcast continues to grow and adjustments are made here and there. Happy podcasting!”
