December 6, 2023 in Lexington, South Carolina a man was shot and killed on his property.
Ryan Lindler Sr. and Ryan Lindler Jr., farmers from the area, were charged with the murder of Kevin Newhouse.
The father and son are claiming self defense and may invoke the SC "stand your ground" law as a defense.
