The Most Transformative podcast I've listened to
Tom Bilyeu, one of the founders of the quest nutrition company, and the man behind this podcast is one of the most authentic, best prepared and one of the most consistently exceptional hosts I have come across. The podcast is essentially Tom's way of sharing the mindset that he believes has led to his success, one of turning difficulties, criticisms and negatives on their head and constantly pushing, challenging and growing. This mindset is radically different than what Carol Dwek calls the 'fixed mindset' and Tom also refers to as 'the matrix'. The fixed mindset is the belief that one's abilities are predetermined and unchangeable, and that failures and obstacles have an external cause and are out of ones control. By sharing his story, and by interviewing lots of 'successful' people, Tom hopes to 'break people out of the matrix' and help them overcome the only thing that's holding them back. Themselves. Tom urges you to 'take the red pill', and join him on this incredible journey of self transformation. As someone who has taken just the first steps, I cannot thank Tom enough. I truly believe that this podcast will help you lead a fulfilled life, and 'become legendary' as Tom would say.
