It's good if you don't live near an improv school, but do improv on a regular basis and want general tips to keep in mind. If you don't have basic grasp on improv theory though you will be lost.

Some interviews are more focused than others, but it is always fun to listen to. I enjoy when the episode includes more discussion about exercises and things to work on. The chats about the improviser, what they're doing and how they got there are also fun and insightful.
