Wonderful podcast!
I’m a plant lover and gardener who studied and worked in the field of cellular & molecular biology. I particularly value two features of this podcast. First, it provides a window into what botanists are learning today, the methods they use, and the interactions between the botanical, microbial and animal worlds. Second, it reveals the correct pronunciation of plant botanical names! My mind is full of what I’ve read and my own doubtful pronunciations of botanical terms. Hearing botanists speak is so helpful! This is a resource that fills an unmet need for me in expanding my understanding of plant biology. Thank you for opening this door!
