This week Nadine is joined by Leticia de Bortoli. Leticia is a Brazilian writer, director, and cinematographer based in NYC. She is the creator of the LGBTQ+ comedy web series "Queering" - currently streaming on YouTube and holds over 6 million views. With a primarily female cast and fantastic characters- the series has created exceptional buzz. In this episode, we chat about working different hats from cinematography, to writing, to directing, we discuss the making of independent web series in New York City and the creation of “Queering," and we discuss what it means to stand firm as a woman in this field. Additionally, Leticia and I talk about LGBTQ+ cinema today, and her hopes + goals for the future.
