“Having spent the past four summers reading Robert Caro’s masterful biographies of LBJ, I found this to be a beautiful accompaniment. I would gladly listen to all of Lady Bird’s audio diaries. This podcast does a good job of fleshing out the details.
My only quibble is with the anachronistic, wispy Cat Power theme song. I certainly didn’t want a cliched 60s tune, but the original interstitial music is fine enough to serve as a theme without jarring me with what is used instead.”
