A must listen
I’m a longtime student of presidential history but this really opened my eyes to Lady Bird’s experience. How great is it that she left behind such a treasure trove of recordings. I was a kid when LBJ was president and this deepens my understanding of their imprint on America.

This is such a wonderful window into history from the vantage point of someone who lived it directly. The authentic voices emerging from this podcast are remarkable! The storytelling is compelling but there are some serious difficulties in the use of verb tense; choosing to write about history in past tense requires a lot more skill. Someone should take a harder look at the scripts.
