Mostly love, little confusion though
I’m cruising along, enjoying this podcast and then Episode 5. What??? It’s very scattered, all over the place, no logic or connective theme for the information shared. There’s good information, but puzzling details about random things. Like their daughter’s wedding. Seems like there was an attempt to contrast their very expensive wedding event and the civil rights movement, but no “ah-ha” moment. Just strange. I wish I could provide feedback on just 1 episode because the others have been very good. Most people may not recognize the randomness of information in this 1 episode, so I shouldn’t make a big deal about it, but it irritates me just enough to share my thoughts. Sorry. Otherwise, great job on the podcast and I’m almost ready to buy your book. Hoping the future episodes have clearer purpose. Thank you!!!

Loving this podcast. Huge history nerd, and this grabbed me.

A long overdue tribute, and behind the scenes look at a remarkable, intelligent, underestimated woman.

I was a kid when all this happened and only learned about LBJ’s presidency in recent years. I had no idea what a formidable, intelligent, sensitive and impactful First Lady that Lady Bird was. Enjoying this immensely.
