Inspiring
The thing about Randy is he stays grounded. He remembers what it was like for him to be bullied, to get fired, to struggle to pay rent. And he shares the specific habits and mindsets that helped him turn around his life. He created one of the biggest tech companies on the planet, became an advocate for the homeless, and has mentored hundreds of young people and helped them reach the next level. The questions he asks come from a place of continual curiosity: how do you unlock people’s inner power? It’s an obsession for him. And, if you listen, it might just become an obsession of yours, too.
