well-researched p'cast of a higher standard
this is a fairly straightforward true crime podcast but thoroughly researched and lacking the filler and distractions that are so abundant in podcasts of this genre. in fact, they are among the very few i'd actually praise the research and preparation. also, what i really admire is that the women, while fun and pleasant, really create the kind of program that i can recommend to anyone as they don't devalue the serious nature of these episodes with the highly repetitive (and painful to listen to) crass language that seems almost a requirement for true crime podcasts. also, i appreciate their sensitive approach when discussing potential suspects and victims (and their families). for those who enjoy the more salty podasts, i can assure you that you won't be disappointed with In Sight episodes, because stripped of all the repetitive filler, you're left with solid, easy-to-follow/listen content., in the few cases that they have covered similar topics as other podcasts, i've always found their "versions" of topics to be superior and far more comprehensive than their peers' the co-hosts are pleasant to listen to and manage not to interrupt each other or indulge in the excessive wisecracks that have driven me from many of their peers. you can tell they take this seriously and it shows in the finished product. as you can probably tell, this is among my top 3 favorites.

I love the way the stories are told with facts and just the right amount of speculation. I'm hooked. Charlie and Ali are great. Intelligent, interesting conversations and great subjects. And Ali's accent is a bonus for me! Love it!Read full review »
