“This fantasy baseball podcast is a five tool podcast.
Tool 1: The sound quality is MVP caliber. The show always sounds crystal clear and not like it was recorded in a tornado bunker like others I’ve heard.
Tool 2: They are very listener friendly. Between listener leagues with prizes to Haikus and Civil War letters, the show really allows listeners to interact with the hosts.
Tool 3: The information and analysis is top notch. These guys really know what they’re talking about. The analysis between Bogman and The Welsh (and Honcho) is well informed and gives varied prospectives that any listener and fantasy enthusiast can connect with.
Tool 4: Frequency and Consistency. Some fantasy podcasts only put out one a week or one every couple weeks. It seems like the ITL guys churn out two quality episodes a week, give or take.
Tool 5: The podcasts are entertaining and funny. I always feel like the hosts are just two friends hanging out, busting each other’s balls, and having fun under the umbrella of fantasy baseball. It’s not tedious and boring. They joke around and the sound clips add to the humor and fantastic production value.
Some podcasts have great analysis, but it feels like work getting to the end. In This League gives you great analysis while having a great time to the point where when it does end, you can’t wait for the next one.”
