Rythu Bandhu Scheme was India's First Farmers Investment Scheme started in Telangana. Now many State Governments and even Central Government Started following this Scheme under Different Names. This Scheme aims to Provide Investment Support for Farmers of Telangana. Started by now Cheif Minister of Telangana K. Chandrashekar Rao with a budget of 12000 cr rupees. Initially, it started with 4000/- Rs per acre per season (Basically, Indian Agriculture Crops are divided into two seasons Kharif & Rabi). In 2019 it was extended to 5000/- Rs per acre per season. Under this Scheme, a total of 58.33 Lakh farmers will avail the benefits, and 1.42 acres of land will get investment under this Scheme. Eligibility Criteria for this Scheme? Below is the Eligibility Criteria of Farmers for the Rythu Bandhu Scheme. Farmers should be Residents of Telangana. Farmers should have his/her own Agriculture Land. Both Agriculture and Horticulture Farmers are Eligible for this Scheme. All Small, Medium, and Big Farmers are Eligible for this Scheme. Who are Not Eligible for this Scheme? These Farmers are Not Eligible for this Scheme. Farmers who are not Residents of Telangana. Tenant Farmers are not Eligible for this Scheme. Agriculture Workers are not eligible for this Scheme.
