“Realistically this podcast is closer to 4.5 stars but I’m feeling generous. Nice chemistry between Mitch and Ian. Sometimes I think they let Twitter discourse influence the discussion too much, but it’s mostly fine. They also don’t respond to my mailbag questions.
Even though my friends say they act like two curmudgeonly old guys, clinging to the salad days of aughts indie like boomers do classic rock, I don’t see it that way. I think this just a pretty genuine, good-natured and well-informed podcast”
