Hosts Steve and Ian have a fun, relaxed chemistry and each episode showcases their easy banter, encyclopedic knowledge of music, and the songs and albums that resonate with them, both old and new. They delicately balance rock criticism with their own fanfare and while you get the sense that in the privacy of their homes they listen to completely different styles of music (Steven being the more traditional rock guy (Dylan, Stones, REM, Oasis); Ian is all emo (Jimmy Eat World, Sunny Day Real Estate, Get Up Kids)), they generally see eye to eye on current music trends and records. Come for the music recommendations, stay for the hilarity that ensues. You won’t regret it.”
