Incredible character development !
I LOVE scifi and I LOVE mysteries and I LOVE horror. But I do not like a predictable story with no character development. Enter: Scott Sigler. His tales have everything I like. His characters have a life of their own, so much in fact, that weeks after finishing his books, I find myself thinking about what a certain character would say in a situation I'm currently in. I listened to Contageous first by accident, not realizing it was the SECOND book in the series. Afterwards, I knew how Book 1, Infected, would turn out, but that did not lessen its intensity. I was addicted from the first podcast. From a guy that reads Clarke, Asimov, Heinlein, Niven, Jordan, Tolkein, King, Card, Weber, Scalzi (need I go on ?), I'm telling you, this is GOOD stuff ! Oh, and I forgot to mention that Scott is hilarious - his humor is, well, infectious...

If you want a story that will keep you hooked while turning your stomach, you couldn't find anything better.
