“It’s a great book and she reads it in entertaining ways. The conversations they have in between the reading are dull and pretentious. She’s read the book before and he often stops her reading to try and guess what will happen next in the story and draw spoilers out of her for everyone listening. It’s not unlike eavesdropping on a table full of college sophomores on trivia night.”
