And when they find a Saint, they should attend his satsangs. In the satsangs he will come to understand the secret of human life….  Why have we come to this world as human beings, and what we can do as human beings to attain eternal happiness? Until then, we cannot be happy in the true sense. So a person should first search for Mahapurush (a perfect Saint), then attend his satsangs, and then receive Naam from the Guru…. Once one has found the Guru, one should ask for Naam (initiation) …. and then devote oneself to bhajan and simran (inner sound and light meditation). Then they can find the Lord.
