Not a deep dive at all
Inside jaws is not a deep dive into the making of jaws as it claims to be. Only surface level details of the production of the actual movie are mentioned. And on top of that, it takes for episodes to get to the actual making of jaws. Episode are no more than 30 minutes long, which is fine, but about half that time is pent covering stories that are only tangentially related to jaws. Within 30 minutes there are about 5 minutes worth of adds. So that leaves just about 10-12 minutes of actual movie production stories. Additionally, the nonlinear style of storytelling does this podcast no favors. The story just from one story to another, from one topic to another, from one time to another. Very tough to follow. If you are truly looking for a deep dive into the making of jaws, you’d be better served seeking out the making of featurette on the jaws Blu-ray. Skip this.

If you're a horror fan and even remotely familiar with any of the titles he covers, then you probably know a lot of the infamous...Read full review »
