Love the Premise and The Format - Great For Anyone Evaluating Their Job and Career
I’m a fellow Podcaster and Leadership Coach, and I recommend this podcast to any of my clients and friends who are thinking about their career or life questions (and to any potential listeners for that matter) The show is great not just because Eric and Kayla are great coaches, but the format is in my opinion, compelling. In addition to the back and forth, their ability to bring in examples and antidotes from their day to day work adds so much great perspective. Additionally, the back and forth nature makes the show a great format to listen to and easy to follow along, and the topics they pick always seem to be relevant to anyone who is thinking deeply about their own relationship with their work or career
