Aussie Music Culture Nostalgia
A chronicle of the history of Big Day Out, the birth and growth of the culture of the Australian festival scene. This series is a tribute to those who founded and worked so hard on building a sonic universe that meant so much to Australian music lovers. Brilliant and surprisingly touching.

This is one of the best podcasts in a long time. Nostalgic, relatable and so interesting. Episode 3 - The Age of Innocence had me in tears. Would love to see more podcasts of this style. 👍🏽

What a story. Classic Australian music folklore. Wonderful stuff. How awesome was the lineup, you forget how rich those times were with great Australian bands, let alone to legends from Seattle. I saw a later BDO, can’t remember the year, but will never forget Soundgarden and Primus!!

Early days but I’m calling it: My fave Aussie Podcast ever (after Bang On of course). Joyous, Nostalgic and - now- heartbreaking. Just the best. I listen to way too many podcasts, and this has become my go-to recommendation. Don’t let it finish!
