Full of substance
As part of my job I take in a range of podcasts, talks and articles that pose interesting questions, but rarely provide answers or methods to combat these thought provoking issues. I’m pleased to say this podcast has that practical, pragmatic element that is often lacking. A relaxed conversational style takes you through Jeremy’s own experiences of professional sport, as well as those all time greats. They explore the fragility of the human psyche how it handles commitment over long periods of time, how it handles (or doesn’t) pressure situations and demystifies the approaches these elite sports people take and how they impact their performance and well-being. Immediately applicable to life, regardless of role or ambition. An excellent podcast.
