You always meet twice!
I had the privilege to playing against Jeremy and his Durham Uni cricket team back in 1996. Not unusual you might say, but the quirk here is I was playing for Germany (out of all places) and the match took place in a sports hall built on top of a ship moored by the river Danube in Vienna. So discovering Jeremy’s podcast for me is a bit like „meeting“ again and learning heaps from him, just like I did almost 30 years ago when I was able to watch him play that weekend in Vienna. I love his highly relevant, pragmatic and practical insights, the clarity he offers, to the point, applicable in all areas of life from sports to business and parenting. His interviews with true legends in sports (like Shane Warne, Stuart Broad, Viv Richards, Dale Steyn) and other disciplines are so incredibly insightful and deeply human, they make it feel ok to struggle now and then and give excellent guidance to overcome these struggles by doing the only thing that helps: Keep pushing, keep trying to become a bit better every day and to always keep learning. Thanks for all the gold dust you share with this podcast, Jeremy! Best, Wolfgang
