For the open minded skeptic
I’m a nerd and am always looking for the interplay between scientific research and consciousness, body, mind and spirit. The first episode blew me away. It is a goldmine and everything I have been looking for in an easily accessible way. I wish there was a full transcript because I’m going to have to go back to try and take notes on all this fascinating information and dive into the book and research studies. I can see this is going to be a ‘dangerous’ new addiction that will continue to pique my curiosity and provide me with all kinds of amazing new tools and research to contemplate and integrate. It’s great to have a place for healthy skeptics to follow the breadcrumbs home to their whole selves.

An amazing and informative chat with Dr. David Hamilton on “Why Woo Woo Works”. The line “Calmness is the absence of stress” really resonated. If you’re into Woo or open minded enough this is a must listen. Looking forward to the next episode
