The first day is dedicated to diversity and how it affects leadership in organizarions. After an introductory keynote by Theodore Zeldin, students explore new ways to make of diversity an asset for leadership in organizations with the supportof the US Embassy in France and their outreach project involving companies such as Microsoft, Alcatel-Lucent, Lafarge, Euronext, BNPParibas, Bristol Meyers.;Diversity is a key factor of leadership development for organizations. Students are exposed to this challenging issue through keynotes and workshops to better understand how to cope with diversity and what solutions to bring to enhance diversity in organizations.
