The Visions of Leadership Chair of HEC organized a five day seminar on March21-25 2011. It gathered around 350 students from the MBA and the Grande Ecole students. Five days of intensive leadership training with one theme each to drive the leadership development of MBA students. Conferences, interviews, reflections, debates and workshops inveil a process of learning and growing one's understanding of leadership skills. Speakers include US Ambassador Charles Rivkin, philosopher Theodore. Zeldin, CEOs as Ben Verwaayen of Alcatel-Lucent, sports coaches and Professors from HEC Paris. Developed by Valérie Gauthier, HEC Paris Visions of Leadership chair, the seminar relies on the concept of savoir-relier, the ability and will to build positive relationships and research on agility ans sense of purpose. The first day touches on diversity, the seconf on agility, the third on savoir-relier, the fourth on sense of purpose and the last on identity and power. The first episode is the presentation of the serie of 5 videos of 10' each, highlighting the key moments of the Visions of Leadership Seminar.
