This week, we’re joined by Lauren from @YorAdventures, a wife and mom of four boys from Eugene, Oregon, who discovered firsthand how transformative nature can be for mental health. When the pandemic hit in 2020, she quickly realized that being cooped up indoors was taking a toll on her family, so they made a bold decision: they bought a travel trailer and hit the road in search of adventure and healing. Over the course of five months, they visited 48 of the continental U.S. states.
Now, years later, Lauren reflects on the incredible places they explored, the memories they made, and the lessons learned along the way. Tune in as she shares her inspiring story of embracing the great outdoors and how it changed her family’s life.
