Trevon and his daughter Avery head north to Wyoming with her 15th birthday gift, a brand new Weatherby 6.5 Creedmoor, to hunt deer with Quentin and Jordi Smith on the historical Split Rock Ranch. They discuss the dry and windy conditions, the scarcity of mature mule deer bucks and the unique opportunity to harvest a good whitetail buck even during a short and difficult hunt. Hardships breed resolve and Avery persevered and was able to make a great memory and once again execute with a great one shot kill.
