If Victor had remained silent in this episode, I would have given it 5 stars. An “incoming freshman next year at UCLA” boy, albeit probably book-smart, has zero experience and over decades, I’ve heard too many men trying to bring the voice of “experience, reason, explanation” to the discussion of workplace sexual harassment or assault. I’m fine when Victor wants to discuss his generation’s contributions to the future. I’ve retired from corporate America. Jill and Tina didn’t need his voice to deliver a powerful podcast.

The Intergenerational Politics podcast features very thought provoking, complex, and relevant discussions, and is presented in a clear and enjoyable manner. I absolutely recommend listening to it, especially if you would like more insight on contemporary affairs.
