Kimberlé Crenshaw brings awareness to real everyday and often tragic examples of policy and behaviors that discriminate against people of color, women and various intersectionalities (basically non cis white protestant wealthy males) to show that the law is not neutral and that racism is deeply engraved into our society and law.
