“I read Phil Town’s book back in 2007 and with the knowledge in that book (Rule #1) I succeeded in getting over 20% returns for 8 years straight. I can’t thank him enough for sharing his knowledge. And now comes this podcast which goes over his concepts and rules in a great format. Especially with the help of Danielle who asks the perfect questions. Every time I think, “yeah that’s probably true, BUT what about…”, then Danielle seems to always have the same question and she asks and gets an answer! It’s never boring, extremely informative, and if you apply what you learn, you’ve got the potential to make a great return on your investments. Even when they cover subjects I’m quite familiar with, it’s entertaining listening to them and there’s always something new to learn. I listen to lots of podcasts on many subjects and without hesitation, I’d say this is the best I’ve ever listened to! Thanks guys! I hope you keep this going for a long long time!”
