“I really do look forward to listening to your podcast but I often come away more confused about what to do! I’m of the view, like many I guess, that the property and share market is in a massive bubble and is going to burst, but when?
I keep funds in cash for the rainy day that earns less than 1% so that seems fairly useless, especially given the overall returns I’m currently receiving on my share portfolio. I know you explain the fundamentals of investing, and that’s great, but, sit on the fence when it comes to ever recommending shares. I understand the reasoning for this but could you perhaps have an analyst spend some time on what they believe might be share of the week with a great big disclaimer up front. Could someone perhaps talk about this looming bubble and what it might mean to the share and property market? Again, big disclaimer up front. Keep up the great work and congratulations to Shani on her promotion.”
