Description
On this episode of the Two Random Dudes Invest podcast we discuss how to prepare your portfolio for stock market corrections. Should you sell everything? Should you rotate out of high growth stocks into value plays? Everybody will have a different strategy, but the important thing is to actually have a plan and to stick to it. Corrections and crashes are always around the corner and learning to live with them will help you be a better trader and investor. Remember, the goal is to buy low and sell high. Or to pick stocks you can hold in your portfolio for multiple years without having to check your account daily. Our instincts play tricks on us and make us take on more risk when stocks are high, but maybe it’s better take more risk when they are going down. Is the correction over? Nobody actually knows the answer, but together we are stronger. And together we can grow.
