“Craving more information about INXS, I searched for podcasts and was instantly drawn to this quirky cartoonish logo depicting two charming characters, Haydn & Bee. I popped a listen and fell in love right away with this podcast! What a cool tribe!!
I loved the complicity and complementarity of the two hosts (an INXS Nerd and a Fan Girl), I was delighted to hear critical reviews of the band’s albums, not afraid to call a song a “stinker” when they thought it was one, and I was touched to see so much care and attention given to the fans. The formula is well structured while remaining super entertaining and conversational. Eventually, I found out that the cool INXS Access All Areas’ logo had been designed by no one else than Nick Egan, the creator of the famous Kick album cover! And eventually, I also heard the voice of Andrew Farris himself, being interviewed on the podcast…and then Tim’s, and Kirk’s, and Mark Opitz’s and Richard Lowenstein’s….You see, through their amazing dedication and professionalism, Haydn & Bee have made friends with the band members and many of their closest collaborators, creating fun and intelligent content, far from gossip yet full of juicy stories and behind-the-scenes anecdotes! I’m sure ALL bands would LOVE to have such a GEM of a podcast dedicated to them! But it’s INXS that hit the jackpot!!”
