“These guys are a great listen for Islander fans; first and foremost because they are worrying about the Isles more than most of us. I was optimistic this season. I agree that they weren’t nearly as good offensively as last year, but I thought their defense play and goal tending were great. Now they just need to do both in one season. I also thought they looked much more poised in the play-off run.
For the most part I agree with the discussions, but not everything which keeps it interesting. Both Mike and Dan do a great job providing detailed and logical analysis for their anxieties and for the game of hockey. They are like two shrinks on each other’s couch with a redline in-between them.
