Informative and helpful
Rachel Meadowcroft not only does an amazing job at helping tell her best friend’s story, but also adds in fantastic information about abusive relationships. It’s so important for people in abusive relationships AND their friends and family to be able to define and contextualize the abuse they are experiencing and seeing. I can see this podcast being extremely helpful to people who have had difficulty talking to loved ones about an abusive relationship. It’s hard to talk about a problem if you can’t find the right words. Rachel helps give us the right words.
