“The narrator spends ample time telling the audience that “we” can’t stop thinking about Betty, what she did, and how horrible the deceased were, but—in reality—this clearly is a passion project for her. I know of no one who’s spent any time thinking about the murderer since Ma Keaton played her on TV.
The narrator glorifies this unrepentant murderer with a gleeful passion that’s nauseating to listen to, and almost sadistic in her evident regard for a cold blooded murderer, all at the expense of imperfect victims.”
