The podcast needs a structure, the ramble at the beginning needs to go. Prepare some questions, let the guest speak and listen to their answers to hear - NOT to get ready to speak again. Some of the best podcasts aren’t afraid of a little silence. When you let some speak, let them pause, but don’t jump in, you might find they give you the real magic cos you’ve given them the space to open up. Keep working Abbie girl, you’ve got this!”
