“Imagine a cartoon pack of cigarettes.
Now imagine it’s half empty, has been stepped on, and left out in the rain for a week.
Now imagine that cartoon cigarette’s voice and imagine all the cigarettes in the pack are talking to each other. The hosts’ voices and the guests’ voices all sound exactly the same and all of them sound like cartoon cigarettes. Coughs and laugher are indistinguishable from one another. And once an hour, one of cartoon cigarettes eats a whole burrito and talks with its burrito mouth open directly into the mic. That’s what this podcast sounds like.
