“This podcast is everything I have ever wanted from a Halloween podcast. I think I got lucky and found it right as it was starting, which in 2020 was EXACTLY what I needed. Lucé has done a wonderful job of combining the creepiness of Halloween with engaging intellectual content! I get a little sad when Halloween ends, but this podcast gives me that escape back to October no matter what time of year it is. It’s wonderful to hear how many other people love Halloween as much as I do as well!
Oh and Lucé, keep up those “liberal talking points” because we need more acceptance in this world and you do a wonderful job of explaining cultural appropriation that happens at Halloween. I have learnt so much from you and recognize I have made some mistakes, but without you I wouldn’t my have recognized some of those slip ups! So if being kind and recognizing the needs of every culture is only for “liberals”, then I say be as liberal as you can! (I was also irked by that review)
