“I will admit, I started watching the show Ancient Aliens, and I was immediately hooked. It’s very persuasive not to mention entertaining. I’ve watched every episode I can stream. In fact, the “ancient astronaut theorists” were so convincing I even considered spending thousands of dollars to attend AlienCon 2023 being held in Pasadena, CA in March. Then I found your podcast… THANK YOU!!
I started listening from the very beginning. I’m only on episode 19 but you’ve completely opened my eyes to the one-sided argument presented on Ancient Aliens. I’m a veterinarian and the foundation for the medicine I practice is science backed by research using the tried and true scientific method. I’m so ashamed I fell for their [Ancient Aliens] interpretation of history. I will say that I found their disparagement of human ingenuity a complete turn off. For example, how could Tesla possibly come up with those ideas and inventions by himself; it MUST have been aliens. UGH!!! I’m now committed to listening to every episode of your podcast. Consider me an avid follower!
