The 'Lovers Rock' EP was released early this year and Lady Flame has been up and down the East Coast, in the UK, and all over Jamaica, pushing the project. Recently "Push" is one of Lady Da Flame's most personal releases. The singer remembers many times she had to "Push" herself to get through an issue or a situation.
